About the Kitchen
Night Market Kitchen is a static website template for everyday home cooks. It combines visual warmth with compact metadata, generous spacing, and recipe sections that remain useful while you are actually cooking.
A dark interface can easily become muddy or decorative. This design avoids that by using layered charcoal surfaces, warm saffron and copper accents, strong typography, and clear section boundaries for ingredients, cookware, instructions, and notes.
It fits creators publishing approachable recipes, meal plans, and small archives of home cooking ideas. Everything runs in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, so deployment works on GitHub Pages, Netlify, or any static host.
A single local recipe dataset drives the homepage, listing page, and recipe detail page. That keeps sample content consistent and makes it easy to swap in real recipes later.
